Just yesterday we got our first look at synopses for the four DCTV shows airing on The CW network. Whilst appearing at the CBS TCA panel last night Bryan Fuller finally gave some more detail on ‘Star Trek: Discovery’. Fuller had been expected to discuss the show in detail at San Diego Comic Con in July. Although a short teaser trailer (below) was released during the convention no solid details on the shows storyline were unveiled. Fuller confirmed that the show will be headlined by a female character. Although unlike ‘Star Trek: Voyager’ this female will be a Lieutenant rather than Captain of the ship. ‘Man of Steel’ fans rejoice! After several years of white noise in regards to a solo-Superman sequel word has come via the wrap that a film is indeed in active development.
