It has long been rumoured that Miles Morales would be the focus of Sony’s long gestating animated ‘Spider-Man’ project. The project, first announced last year, has also gained a second director. Sony had previously announced that Bob Persichetti would be helming the project. Todays reveal brings the news that he will be joined by Peter Ramsey as co-director. The film is due for release December 21st 2018. Fresh news from the ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ camp today. ‘Gotham’ star James Frain has been cast in the series and will be playing a very familiar character. Frain joins the series in the role of Sarek, father of original series character Spock. The new was announced via the official ‘Star Trek’ website earlier today. 2018s ‘Tomb Raider’ reboot cast is starting to take shape. Yesterday the news broke that ‘Into the Badlands’ star Daniel Wu has joined Academy Award winner Alicia Vikander in the film.
