Some great news for Deadline this morning for Daredevil fans. The trade is reporting that the series will be brining its third season to New York Comic Con in October. It’s not yet known how the series will present itself but it is believed that Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio and Joanna Whalley will all be making an appearance. The third season of the Netflix show has completed production. Fans are currently waiting for the streaming service to confirm a long awaited “late 2018” premiere for the series. The Doctor is on the move. The BBC has today announced Doctor Who will be moving from its usual Saturday night time slot. In a move accidentally announced by Apple iTunes 24hrs early the show will be making the move to Sunday nights. From October 7 new Doctor Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor will now air on Sunday nights on BBC1 here in the UK. Fans of the series will be pleased to hear the show will no longer exist within a timey wimey shifting Saturday night time slot. Thanks to teases from star Brie Larson and EW we knew that something Captain Marvel was coming today. Now the big reveal is here! As expected the magazine first debuted the cover of this weeks issue featuring the first official photo of Larson in costume. The latest TV spot for Venom has given us an idea as to the size of the character. In almost all of the trailers so far the character has been seen in close up. Aside from the above image we’ve seen very little of the full character in the frame. Now this latest spot has given us the briefest glimpse of the character in full action. Justice League star Henry Cavill has landed himself a new gig: playing Gerald of Rivia on The Witcher! Netflix has been developing an eight-episode series based on the property for some time with writer Lauren Schmidt Hissrich (Daredevil). Hissrich will also act as executive producer and series showrunner. Just when you thought there was no more to the story of Incredibles 2 the film crosses another milestone at the North American box office. The Disney/Pixar movie has become the first animated movie in North America to cross $600m at the box office. Currently the film has grossed $1.16 billion worldwide which still puts it behind the mammoth box office of Disney’s own Frozen. Whilst it remains the highest grossing animated movie of all time in North America it is still a way behind the $875.5m that film was able to gross in international territories.
