20th Century Fox has finally released the first footage from Once Upon A Deadpool. The PG-13 re-release of Deadpool 2(reviewed here) is due to land in cinemas for a limited run starting December 12.
This sanitised version of the sequel features new footage of Ryan Reynolds alongside The Wonder Years Fred Savage. It appears from the trailer like Savage may not be as willing to appear in the movie as Deadpool thinks he is.

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.
Ryan Reynolds will be joined in Deadpool 2 by T.J. Miller, Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni and Stefan Kapičić who all reprise roles from the first film. Newcomers to the franchise include Josh Brolin as Cable and Zazie Beetz, Jack Kesy and Shioli Kutsuna. David Leitch takes over directing duties for the sequel.
Once Upon a Deadpool lands in cinemas on December 12, 2019.
