Strap yourselves in Avengers-fans. Marvel Studios has now OFFICIALLY released the first teaser trailer for Avengers: Doomsday online. The short teaser (below) confirms once and for all that the former Captain America, Chris Evans, will be returning to the franchise when the film releases into UK cinemas on December 18, 2026.
The official release of the trailer confirms the low quality versions which have been floating around social media are real. Depicting Steve Rogers returning home on his motorcycle, taking a look at his Captain America uniform from Avengers: Endgame before revealing he and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) now have a child.

With the teaser now officially released we can hope that the remaining three teasers, all set to release exclusively in cinemas first with Avatar: Fire & Ash will make their way online. Whilst we know the second teaser will feature the return of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, the subjects of the third and fourth teasers continue to remain a mystery.
