This February, the stars quake before the King of the Monsters in Godzilla: Infinity Roar, the latest crossover comic book series from Marvel Comics and Toho International. Announced last month at New York Comic Con, the five-issue limited series will be written by Gerry Duggan and drawn by artists Javier Garrón and Ig Guara. Today, fans can check out new Cosmic variant covers that will grace all five issues of Godzilla: Infinity Roar, each depicting a showdown between a Marvel cosmic character and a monster from Godzilla storytelling.

The series follows Godzilla’s defeat at the hands of Marvel’s pantheon of super heroes in Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe, which concluded last month. Exiled to a distant planet, Godzilla is reawakened by Knull, the God of Symbiotes! As Knull fans the flames of Godzilla’s anger, a new campaign for galactic conquest begins with the King of the Monsters and the King in Black at the helm! Will the cosmos be able to band together to stop the two juggernauts, or will a new era of death and destruction descend upon the cosmos?

In anticipation of Godzilla’s intergalactic rampage, the new COSMIC VARIANT COVERS spotlight different Marvel cosmic icons battling monsters from Godzilla’s universe. The jaw dropping pieces are drawn by some of the industry’s most acclaimed artists including Paulo Siqueira, Junggeun Yoon, Dave Rapoza, E.J. Su, and Mark Brooks. Continuing the tradition of these epic crossover sagas, these covers, designed to homage classic movie posters, are sure to ignite the imagination of both Marvel and Godzilla fans.

Place your bets on these five wild matchups!

    • Captain Marvel Vs. Mothra
    • Galactus Vs. King Ghidorah
    • Cosmic Ghost Rider Vs. Destroyah
    • Thanos Vs. Rodan
    • Phoenix Vs. Mechagodzilla

Check out the first three COSMIC VARIANT COVERS and preorder GODZILLA: INFINITY ROAR #1 at your local comic shop today!
