Red Dwarf co-creator Doug Naylor is the latest name to join the long list of stars heading to MCM Birmingham Comic Con, which takes place this weekend – 28-30 November – at the NEC.
Doug Naylor will be attending Friday 28 and Saturday 29 November for photo and autograph opportunities. He will also be bringing copies of his new children’s book Sin Bin Island to be signed for a lucky few guests.

Doug created the iconic British sitcom in 1988, and has since overseen 12 series and two min-series across its original run on the BBC until 1999 and its return run on Dave from 2009 to 2020.
MCM Birmingham opens its doors in just a few days for a weekend of pop culture celebration. The event will feature iconic names from the world of film, television and video games, including X-Men star James McAvoy, and Stranger Things’ Jamie Campbell Bower.
Doctor Who icons Sylvester McCoy, Colin Baker, Paul McGann and Peter Davison, Gavin & Stacey star Mathew Horne, and Wallace and Gromit’s Ben Whitehead are just a few more of the huge names set to feature across the weekend.
