Netflix has finally revealed Jacob Elordi’s monstrous look in a brand new trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein. The film streams globally from November 7, 2025 following a debut at the London Film Festival and a short theatrical release.
Oscar®-winning director Guillermo del Toro adapts Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but egotistical scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation.

The monster also takes pride of place in a brand new poster for the film what has been released alongside the trailer.
Written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, Frankenstein stars Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Felix Kammerer, David Bradley, Lars Mikkelsen, Christian Convery, with Charles Dance, and Christoph Waltz.
Frankenstein will debut in select cinemas on October 17, 2025 before streaming globally from November 7.
