We had a feeling that something might be coming at CinemaCon this week didn’t we? Whilst it might not be the second full trailer for James Gunn’s Superman it turns out to be something even more exciting. An extended, five-minute preview, of the film is set to debut before jumping in to cinemas alongside Minecraft later this week.
The new Man of Steel, David Corenswet, has appeared in a video on social media alongside Rachel Brosnahan (Lois Lane) and Nicholas Hoult (Lex Luthor) to confirm the preview is on its way. Meanwhile rumour has it that both DC Studios’ heads James Gunn and Peter Safran will be on hand at CinemaCon tonight to present the preview alongside more DC Studios news.

Little more is known about what DC may show off during the Warner Bros. presentation at the industry event. The panel is slated to begin at 4:30 PM PST (00:30 AM BST) and run for two hours. Could our first look at Supergirl in costume be nearly upon us?

The film also stars Edi Gathegi (For All Mankind), Anthony Carrigan (Gotham), Nathan Fillion (The Suicide Squad), Isabela Merced (Alien Romulus), Skyler Gisondo (Licorice Pizza), Sara Sampaio (At Midnight), María Gabriela de Faría (The Moodys), Wendell Pierce (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan), Alan Tudyk (Andor), Pruitt Taylor Vince (Bird Box) and Neva Howell (Greedy People).
