Apple TV has released to first look images from upcoming series Lucky featuring stars Anya Taylor-Joy and Drew Starkey. Hailing from Apple Studios, Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine and created by Jonathan Tropper, the highly anticipated series is now in production. After kicking off production in Las Vegas this week, Lucky will be filmed in Los Angeles.
The series centres on a young woman (Taylor-Joy) who left behind the life of crime she was raised in years ago, but must now embrace her darker, criminal side one final time in a desperate attempt to escape her past.

The series is executive produced by Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter for Hello Sunshine, a part of Candle Media.

Additionally, Emmy Award-winner Greg Yaitanes (“Presumed Innocent,” “House of the Dragon,” upcoming Your Friends & Neighbors”) and Jet Wilkinson (“Before,” “The Old Man,” “How to Get Away with Murder”) will each direct two episodes.
