Here we go again. Summer is… well… not very summery as of right now. So as we head in to the school holidays it’s time to look ahead to August 2024 and all the films and series coming to Prime Video.
It’s going to be a big one for us Bat-fans as brand new animated series Batman: Caped Crusader debuts its first season on August 1. The series is executive producer by The Batman director Matt Reeves alongside J.J. Abrams and legend of DC animation Bruce Timm and focusses on the early days of Batman’s career in 1940’s Gotham.
Lord of the Rings series The Rings of Power also makes a return in August with the debut of its second season. Whilst over on the streaming movie playing field Awkwafina teams up with Jon Cena for the hilarious Jackpot!.
