Over the weekend we brought you a first look at BOOM! Studios plans for San Diego Comic-Con as the publisher announced its plans for panels on Thursday, July 25. Now the rest of their schedule has been announced and it includes some great discussion on some of Team BOOM!’s biggest franchises.
Let’s kick of with Friday, July 26:
1:30pm-2:30pm Panel: The SlaughterVerse: 5 Years of Something is Killing the Children; Room 5AB: In 2019, Erica Slaughter introduced readers to the secret world of monsters… and the ones who hunt them. In 2021, the doors to the House of Slaughter were opened, expanding Erica’s world into a storytelling universe. This year, join series creators James Tynion IV and Werther Dell’Edera for a 5 year anniversary retrospective on this blockbuster horror epic, as well as an exclusive peek at the future of Something is Killing the Children.
5:30pm-6:30am Panel: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Across the Morphin Grid; Room 5AB: After 8 years and over 120 issues, BOOM! Studios’ Power Rangers universe is coming to an end… but not without a few final surprises! Join Melissa Flores, writer of the climactic “Darkest Hour” event, alongside the iconic Ryan Parrott, the original Pink Ranger, Amy Jo Johnson, and the original Black Ranger, Walter Jones, for a behind-the-scenes peek at the final issues of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers… and an exclusive look ahead at what’s next.
