Okay Ranger fans. Time for a brand be preview from BOOM! Studios. The publisher has revealed our first look at Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #118, the continuation of the “Darkest Hour” event, taking place after the bold and greatly anticipated Reunited, Recharged era of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The superstar creative lineup includes writer Melissa Flores (Power Rangers, The Dead Lucky), artist Simona Di Gianfelice (All New Firefly) with Marco Renna (Mighty Morphin), colorist Raúl Angulo (Mech Cadet Yu) with assistance by Jose Enrique Fernández, and letterer Ed Dukeshire (The Woods, Irredeemable) in the continuation of this monumental 12-month event, available in March.
Reality hits Mistress Vile hard and she does the unthinkable, which puts her in dire straits, to the point where her survival is on the line! As Dark Specter’s relentless assault continues, Mistress Vile finds refuge in a familiar place, but finds unexpected company. Celebrating 30 continuous years on the air, Power Rangers has become one of the longest-running kids’ live-action series in television history, with more than 900 episodes aired to date. Created by Haim Saban and launched in 1993 with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the series celebrates its 30th year with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, an anniversary special streaming exclusively on Netflix. The 30th overall season of Power Rangers, “Power Rangers: Cosmic Fury,” is currently available exclusively on Netflix.
