Millie Bobby Brown Faces A Dragon In First Trailer For Netflix’s DAMSEL
Millie Bobby Brown stars as Princess Elodie in Nefflix’s DAMSEL.

If Millie Bobby Brown can defeat entities from the Upside Down and go up against cunning criminal masterminds in London… Then she can absolutely face the ravenous appetite of a dragon. As part of Netflix’s Geeked Week, the streaming service dropped the first full trailer for their upcoming fantasy flick, Damsel. The film sees Brown fighting for survival while being hunted by a dragon.
Although, it’s not all that simple… It never is. After Princess Elodie (Brown) agrees to marry a prince, she is suddenly betrayed by the wicked Queen (Robin Wright) and offered up as a snack to this unseen evil. Based on some of the dialogue in this trailer, it seems as though the Royal Family offer up these women to pay an ancient debt that could be the reason behind their wealth and influence. Perhaps this Dragon keeps the Royal Family in power in exchange for a human sacrifice.
We’ll have to wait and see…
Synopsis
A dutiful damsel agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.

Damsel is directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and written by Dan Mazeau. The film stars Millie Bobby Brown, Robin Wright, Angela Bassett, Ray Winstone, Brooke Carter, and Shohreh Aghdashloo.
