Netflix’s upcoming animated adaptation of the iconic heroine and adventurer, which was originally announced back in 2021, has finally received a first-look teaser trailer. Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft will be heading to Netflix sometime in 2024.
The new series will actually be set after the events of Crystal Dynamics’ video game trilogy, but the details concerning where we find Lara are non-existent right now. What we do know is that Legendary and Crystal Dynamics are collaborating with Castlevania‘s Powerhouse Animation to bring this new chapter to life. The series will also be written and executive produced by The Witcher: Blood Origin’s Tasha Huo.
In addition to that, Lara Croft will be voiced by the brilliant Hayley Atwell.
