Big horror news from Vertigo Releasing, the distributor has announced that upcoming horror It Lives Inside is shifting its release date closer to Halloween. The film, which debuted in acclaim at the recent FrightFest in London, will now come to UK cinemas on October 20, 2023. Perfect timing for spooky season if you ask us!
The film stars Megan Suri (Atypical), as protagonist Samidha, who is most well-known for her role as Aneesa in Netflix teen-comedy series Never Have I Ever. The horror also stars Neeru Bajwa (Jatt & Juliet), and Mohana Krishnan (I Am Frankie). It Lives Inside won the “Midnighters Award” at SXSW Film Festival 2023 (Austin, TX).
An Indian-American teenager struggling with her cultural identity has a falling out with her former best friend and, in the process, unwittingly releases a demonic entity that grows stronger by feeding on her loneliness.

The film is directed and co-written by Bishal Dutta, co writing is Ashish Mehta. The film stars Megan Suri,Neeru Bajwa and Mohana Krishnan.
