Review
In this penultimate issue we are thrown into the midst of the terror that the Harrower has left in his wake, making his move at a young house party the Harrower is hell bent on causing the most harm he possibly can and the terror rings through the streets. Moving out of the shadows and into the forefront Harrower is at his most dangerous and is determined to wipe out those who cross his path, the only means of survival is to escape, run for the hills this isn’t a monster you want to get into a fight with there will only be one person left standing.
The fight back begins here, but do they have the collective power to take down the murderous legend if he indeed can be taken out, this isn’t a matter of life and death this is far more than that.
In terms of horror this has had to have been one of the best series I’ve read in a while, the story from Justin Jordan has steadily grown to build the anticipation and shear horror as each page gripped you further and further into it’s content.
This dark story needed suitably dark illustrations and Brahm Revel stepped up to the plate supplying some of the best visuals I’ve seen, simplicity is the key here as the simply drawn panels depict the horror step by step as it unfolded before your eyes.
Verdict
A definite game changer, one of the best horrors in comics at the minute. Chillingly gripping every page.
