Last night we brought you the poster debut and trailer announcement for Asteroid City. Now, as promised, Universal has dropped the official trailer for the Wes Anderson directed film which hits UK cinemas in June.
Asteroid City takes place in a fictional American desert town circa 1955. The itinerary of a Junior Stargazer/Space Cadet convention (organized to bring together students and parents from across the country for fellowship and scholarly competition) is spectacularly disrupted by world-changing events.

Based on a story by Anderson and Roman Coppola Asteroid City stars a huge ensemble cast featuring Jason Schwartzman, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hanks, Jeffrey Wright, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton and Adrien Brody.
Also starring are Live Schriber, Hope Davis, Stephen Dark, Rupert Friend, Maya Hawke, Steve Carell, Matt Dillon, Hong Chau, Willem DaFoe, Margot Robbie, Tony Revolori, Jake Ryan and Jeff Goldblum.
Asteroid City will be released in cinemas in the UK and Eire on 23rd June 2023.
