Anime fans waited 5 years to watch Season 2 of Re:ZERO. It was a long wait and most of it was spent wondering whether the series would ever return to the screen. We got there in the end, didn’t it? After the finale of Season 2, we then began to wonder whether Season 3 would face the same fate… Suck in limbo for half a decade. Well, this year’s AnimeJapan expo delivered some incredibly exciting news.
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World– Season 3 has officially been announced. However, a release date is yet to be confirmed. As a huge fan of the show, we can’t wait to see what’s next for Subaru. Although, getting excited for Re:ZERO is such a conflicting feeling. Yes, our favourite characters will be back, but… Re:ZERO isn’t exactly a fun time. In fact, it’s mostly an utterly miserable experience with only a few moments of bliss which are typically ruined by brutal executions or shocking revelations. Are we selling it to you?

Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- is based on the light novel series writted by Tappei Nagatsuki. The series currently consists of two seasons and some wonderful OVAs. If you haven’t watched Re:ZERO we can’t recommend it enough. Here’s a little glimpse…

You can also catch Subaru, Rem, Ram, as well as many of the other characters from the hit show in Isekai Quartet. If you’re a lover of Isekai shows, Isekai Quartet is the show for you. Crossing over with many of our favourite Isekai shows, such as KonoSuba and Overlord, Isekai Quartet is a chibi-style series that is an utter barrel of laughs.
