Celebrate The One Year Anniversary of Netflix’s ARCANE

November is officially the month of Arcane. Christmas may be around the corner, but let’s use this time to celebrate one of the greatest shows to hit Netflix. The last few years have been… Let’s call them rough, okay? When times get hard the best thing to do is to find an escape, that could be through a film, show, or even through a book or game. Everyone has their own form of escapism, and Arcane was mine.

This is no exaggeration, but since its release I have watched Arcane 8 or 9 times. Despite knowing very little about League of Legends, Arcane was a force of nature that came out of nowhere. It hit me hard, real hard. I fell in love with the world-building, the characters, and the style. Arcane is truly a work of art. With that in mind, it seems very fitting to celebrate the momumental achievement that is Arcane in style.

So, there are a few things planned for this very special anniversary. The official Instagram page for Arcane decided to give us a few teases as to what we can expect.

The celebration officially starts today with a Reddit AMA with the creators of Arcane. On November 9th, there will be a redacted drop- we’re not entirely sure what this will include but we’re definitely excited. It could mean finally receiving some merchandise. It’s fair to say that Arcane was a massive success, yet we didn’t get any form of merch. Perhaps tomorrow will change that.

Following on from that, the 16th November will bring a special drop from the folks over at Rocklove Jewellery. Leaguse of Legends has already received the Rocklove treatment in the past and it was a glorious range that gave us a few Arcane exclusives. What will they bring to the table this time? Well, thats part of the fun isn’t it? If jewellery is your thing and you’re hoping to shine like Mel, then we highly recommend keeping an eye on their socials for any announcements and teases.

On the 18th November we’ll receive our final treat. To wave goodbye to this long anniversary, fans will be treated with a handful of remixes. That’s right, we’ll be able to experience the magic of “Playground” and “Goodbye” with a shimmer twist.

Of course, there’s more you can do to celebrate Arcane. Rewatching the series in one giant viewing is one way, right? Or you can simply jump back into League of Legends and cause some chaos as Jinx. Whatever you plan to do, make sure you share it with us. As huge Arcane fans, we would love to see what you have planned. Share them on social media using #ArcaneAnniversary and join in on the fun.

While you’re here, check out the teaser for season 2 of Arcane:

Arcane is available to stream on Netflix right now. So what are you waiting for? Revisit the wonders of Piltover and Zaun from the very start.
