Warner Bros. has a lot to look forward to in 2023. We have a whole four DC Studios movies coming over the course of the year. It all kicks off in March with David Sanberg’s Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
With Black Adam still riding high at the global box office, the studio has dropped a brand new poster for the Shazam! sequel. Just a small reminder of what we have to look forward to after the holiday’s.
There’s noting spoilery here. The poster features a simple shot of Zachary Levi striking a none too serious pose as the titular hero. The poster is very reminiscent of the teaser poster for the first film and it certainly looks like Billy Batson still isn’t taking life too seriously!
David F. Sanberg returns to direct Shazam! Fury of the Gods alongside returning cast members Zacahry Levi, Asher Angel and Jack Dylan Grazer. Joining them will Shazam! family members Adam Brody, Ross Butler, Grace Fulton, D.J. Cotrona and Meagan Good. Joining them will be newcomers Helen Mirren as Hespera, Lucy Liu as Kalypso and Rachel Zegler in an undisclosed role.
