Autobots, we have a transmission directly from our allies at Cybertron and they have some exciting news. It has been a bit quiet on the Transformers: Rise of the Beasts front lately, however director Steven Caple Jr. delivered something truly special. We’ve got a pretty idea of which Transformers will be appearing in the upcoming sequel, but the voice cast has been kept well underwraps… Until now.
Steven Caple Jr. took to instagram to confirm two new stars who will be joining the 7th installment in the franchise. Comedian Pete Davidson will be voicing Autobot Mirage (the Porche), and the wonderful Michelle Yeoh who will be voicing the Maximal known as Airazor who typically transforms into a falcon- Although it’s unclear whether she’ll have this specific mode.

Now that we’ve started receiving some casting news, it’ll be incredibly interesting to see who else joins this amazing world of transforming animals and vehicles.
Rise of the Beasts will take Transformers fans on a globetrotting adventure through the 90s, a new period for Paramount’s franchise. The first installment in the brand new trilogy will introduce us to the Maximals and Terrorcons that will join the everlasting battle between the Autobots and Decepticons. What happens next? Well, we’re certain that Rise of the Beasts will introduce us to an even larger threat… Perhaps a threat roughly the size of a planet? Only time will tell.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts , the seventh movie in the franchise, is now set to be released on June 9th, 2023. It’s going to be a long wait, but we can’t wait to see what Paramount bring to the table. As always, we’ll be sure to keep you posted on all things Transformers.
The film is directed by Steven Caple Jr and stars Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, and Luna Lauren Velez and Tobe Nwigne. In addition to that, the legend that is Peter Cullen will be back to voice the great Optimus Prime, alongside Ron Perlman who is set to voice Optimus Primal, a transforming gorilla.
