Grave Mistakes and Deadly Consequences in BOOM! Studios’ POWER RANGERS #22

BOOM! Studios has revealed our first look at Power Rangers #22 (Legacy #99), from writer Ryan Parrott (Mighty Morphin, Power Rangers), artist Marco Renna (Mighty Morphin), colorists Walter Baiamonte with assistance by Sharon Marino and Sara Antonellini, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, the penultimate issue before the landmark Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #100, in conjunction with the Mighty Morphin series Charge To 100, in August 2022! 

With the new Ranger wreaking havoc and bringing destruction, Andros realizes the scale of his mistake, and that the planet is in grave danger. But when the deadly Ranger seeks a new host, an unexpected and much-beloved victim becomes the next tool of death, at the expense of the Omegas… 

Power Rangers #22 (Legacy #99) features main cover and variant art by acclaimed illustrator Daniele Di Nicuolo (Seven Secrets), and variant covers by Guillaume Martinez (Power Rangers Universe), Qistina Khalidah (The Magicians), Vincenzo Riccardi (Magic) and a BOOM! Currently, Power Rangers is celebrating 29 continuous years on the air, making it one of the longest-running kids’ live-action series in television history, with over 900 episodes aired to date. Created by Haim Saban and launched in 1993 with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the series will celebrate its 29th overall season in Spring 2022, with season two of “Power Rangers Dino Fury,” airing exclusively on Netflix in the U.S.
