We promised you something was coming and now it is time to deliver. Overnight, Marvel Studios has released the official trailer for Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder!
This time the director has gone in head first and revealed much more about the upcoming fourth movie in the Thor franchise. We get a much better look at Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) in action as the God of Thunder and it seems an old flame might be rekindled with Chris Hemsworth’s Thor.
We also get our first official look at former Batman, Christian Bale, as Gorr the God Butcher. It seems Gorr is on a mission to wipe out gods from across the MCU and has set his sights squarely on our hero. There’s some great black and white footage teasing the artistic direction in his scenes.

Once again directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Love and Thunder stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson and Christian Bale. The film will also see the return of the Guardians of the Galaxy including Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista and Vin Diesel.
The film is set to hit UK cinemas on July 8, 2022 from Marvel Studios and Disney.
