Synopsis

Review
In the latest issue in the adventure of Zara the Djinn Hunter we see Zara and Bennu take a rather unexpected pit stop on their journey, at a wedding for the undead. What we see unfolding from there is an catastrophic fight to reach the maker of the wish before he makes a terrible mistake. To make Zara’s day get even better an unexpected visitor appears….Abyss!! What will happen now the two have met?
As with most of Sandlin’s work (well the ones I’ve come across) I’m once again not disappointed he constantly raises the bar, when you think he’s doing his best work once again it gets better, I’m fully invested in the Djinn story arc and certainly looking forward to see where this will go next, an adventure that seems to be getting darker by the issue sounds great to me.
Verdict
Another great issue in the Djinn story arc Sandlin and Cosentino have yet again delivered the goods, an immersive story that has you gripped from the start, to say I’m looking forward to the next issue is an understatement I honestly can’t wait.
