It wasn’t only Star Trek: Picard which was shocking fans around the globe during yesterday’s Star Trek Day. the cast and crew of the USS Enterprise, lead by Captain Christopher Pike (Anson Mount), were on hand for a number of reveals.
Much of the cast was confirmed back in March, but until now we haven’t known who a number of the actors would be portraying. The video below confirms that a number of classic Star Trek faces will return for the show.

Joining Pike, Number One (Rebecca Romjin) and Spock (Ethan Peck) will be:
- Jess Bush is Nurse Christine Chapel
- Christina Chong is La’an Noonien-Singh
- Celia Rose Gooding is Cadet Nyota Uhura
- Melissa Navia is Lt. Erica Ortegas
- Babs Olusanmokun is Dr. M’Benga
- Bruce Horak is Hemmer
A notable name here is La’an Noonien-Singh. Trek fans will know that is the surname carried by a certain infamous Khan. How the two will be connected remain to be seen though.
Though it has no premiere date, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is gearing up for a 2022 premiere.
