Yesterday we brought you a new, extended promo for the second season of DC’s Stargirl. Overnight The CW released yet another promo with features even more new footage from season 2.
The latest promo puts the focus on the series’ more comedic elements. But also shows more of how Courtney (Brec Bassinger) will be struggling to balance her time between heroics and school. With each of the season’s episodes taking on the “Summer School” title it’s clear this season will force Courtney to search for her place in the world much more strongly.

Stargirl stars Brec Bassinger in the title role. Luke Wilson is playing S.T.R.I.P.E., alongside Joel McHale (Starman), Lou Ferrigno Jr. (Hourman), Henry Thomas (Dr. Mid-Nite), and Brian Stapf (Wildcat). Neil Hopkins (Sportsmaster), Joy Osmanski (Tigress), and Nelson Lee (Dragon King) will portray members of the Injustice Society.
New episodes return to The CW in North America on August 10, 2021. New episodes debut internationally on Amazon Prime Video from August 11.
