Over the weekend Netflix and director Zack Snyder has confirmed when fans will get to see his new zombie project, Army of the Dead. It has now been revealed that the film will hit the streaming platform on May 21, 2021.
Netflix has released both a poster and short synopsis for the film:
Following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, a group of mercenaries take the ultimate gamble, venturing into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.

With a teaser trailer set to drop this Thursday it seems we are finally about to learn more about Snyder’s mysterious project. Netflix is also said to be working on a prequel film as well as an anime series based in the Army of the Dead world.
Army of the Dead stars Dave Bautista, Garret Dillahunt, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Raul Castillo, Tig Notaro, Theo Rossi and Ana de la Reguera.
