Zack Snyder, the director of Justice League, recently shared a brand new clip of Junkie XL’s score for his upcoming cut. When he appeared on a video on TheFilmJunkee’s channel with multiple Snyder Cut advocates, he treated them (as well as us) with a short clip of what we can expect in Justice League.
It’s not clear who this soundtrack is attached to or what is actually happening. It doesn’t really matter actually, because it’s epic. Snyder went on to discuss Junkie’s work and revealed that he recently participated in screening for the movie with multiple Warner Bros. executives.
“It’s cool because he’s really done an insane job. We recently just screened the movie for publicity and some other guys on the lot, and the music supervisor from Warner Bros. was saying, he was like ‘Holy smokes, the music is unbelievable. Junkie has just crushed it.’ And yes, he really has, I mean it’s wall-to-wall. I was asking ‘Are we doing an album? Because I want a box of those vinyl, four hours of music.’ I don’t know if we’re doing it, I want to, but who knows.”
Can we expect a physical CD in the future? We certainly hope so.
