Official news announced on Twitter that CD Projekt Red has made the decision to delay the release of their highly anticipated release Cyberpunk 2077 until December 10, 2020.

According to CD Projekt Red the main reason for the delay is to make sure the game can run smoothly on all available platforms current gen and next gen, this has caused some upset and confusion in the gaming community as the it was recently announced that the game had achieved “gold master” which basically means the game is completed and is ready to go.
You do have to take your hat off to the developers for making such a tough decision, although I myself am on the slightly disappointed list as I am majorly excited to get my hands on this game, but looking from the other side I wouldn’t want to pay full price for a game the developers weren’t happy with.
As of now Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled for release December 10th 2020, it will be available on PS4, Xbox One and Steam also will be available on PS5 and Xbox Series S/X
