After an exciting wait, The Umbrella Academy finally returns on Friday for season 2. The Netflix series, based on the comic by Gerard Way, returns with 10 new episodes which will all be available to stream from July 31.
Given that it’s been over a year since season 1 first premiered you can be forgiven for forgetting everything which had happened. But never fear, the Hargreeves family are here to help you remember exactly what happened in season 1.
Netflix has released a new recap (below) in which each member of the family catches you up on the madness which led to the apocalypse.
The Umbrella Academy stars Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin H. Min will all be reprising their roles. Ritu Arya, Martin Ireland, and Yusuf Gatewood have also joined the cast for season 2.
