It’s been a little while since we had an upcoming on Todd McFarlane’s Spawn movie. But now producer Jason Blum has shared a few words on the project in a new interview with ComicBook.com.
“I’m glad you asked,” said Blum. “There has been an enormous amount of activity on Spawn. No new news that I’m going to reveal here, I’m sorry to tell you, but the title ‘Spawn,’ I’ve been uttering that word a lot in the last two or three weeks and we’ll have more news to come. But, suffice it to say, it is a very active development.”
Cryptically we think this means that development has moved along in the last few weeks. Hopefully the means more news to come in the near future!
Spawn is currently in development with no scheduled release date. Jamie Foxx is currently set to take on the lead role.
