Spider-Man: Far From Home began its global box office rollout on Tuesday and already we’re seeing some huge returns for the Sony Pictures co-production with Marvel Studios.
The movie exploded on to screens with a $39m opening day on Tuesday before breaking records on Wednesday. Yes in its second day in cinemas Far From Home gave the MCU it’s highest grossing Wednesday ever at the box office with $27m (-32% from Tuesday).
Currently the movie has grossed $66m in North America and give then 4th July festivities it is expected to gross around $150m by the end of the week.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is directed by Jon Watts and stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker, the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. It is scheduled for release on July 2.
