New, extended BRIGHTBURN clip released

Brightburn (Sony Pictures)

Sony Pictures is gearing up for the release of Brightburn in North America on May 24. The studio has released this new, extended clip which expands on a scene shown in both of the movies trailers.

Set in a diner we get to see the movies antagonist Brandon Breyer (Jackson A. Dunn) using his powers for anything other than the good of mankind. Suffice to say this clip is very much red band and does feature some disturbing imagery.

In the meantime it has been confirmed that movie’s UK release date has shifted back to Wednesday, 19 June. Keep it GYCO as we’re going to have plenty of coverage on the release of Brightburn.

Directed by David Yarovesky, Brightburn stars Elizabeth Banks, David Denham, Jackson A. Dunn, Matt Jones and Meredith Hagner. The movie is set to hit cinemas in North America on May 24, 2019 and arrives in the UK on June 19.
