It has been confirmed that the upcoming fourth season of AMC’s Preacher will the show’s last.
Co-creator and Showrunner Seth Rogen announced the news in a video posted on Twitter. The short video shows the Preacher title card, followed by an explosion and the slogan, “The end is now.”
The teaser also reveals that Preacher Season 4 will debut on August 4, 2019.

Preacher stars Dominic Cooper as Jesse Custer, Ruth Negga as Tulip and Joe Gilgun as Cassidy the Vampire, Pip Torrens as Herr Starr, Malcom Barrett as Hoover and Julie Anne Emery as Featherstone. Betty Buckley, Colin Cunningham, Jeremy Childs and Jonny Coyne also star.
The series returns for its fourth and final season on August 4 on AMC.
