Whilst the planned merger with Disney rolls on 20th Century Fox has officially announced Kingsman 3. The movie has also been dated for release on November 9, 2019.
The studio has announced that Matthew Vaughn will return to write and direct the third instalment in the franchise. Whilst little is known about the story of this movie Vaughn has previous described it as “the conclusion of the Harry Hart/Eggsy relationship.”
Taron Egerton and Colin Firth are both expected to return. Unconfirmed rumours point to Halle Berry, Channing Tatum and Jeff Bridges also returning in some capacity.
Despite a mixed critical reaction Kingsman: The Golden Circle grossed over $400M at the worldwide box office following its release in September 2017.
