DOCTOR WHO moves to Sunday nights on BBC1

The Doctor is on the move. The BBC has today announced Doctor Who will be moving from its usual Saturday night time slot.
In a move accidentally announced by Apple iTunes 24hrs early the show will be making the move to Sunday nights. From October 7 new Doctor Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor will now air on Sunday nights on BBC1 here in the UK.
Fans of the series will be pleased to hear the show will no longer exist within a timey wimey shifting Saturday night time slot. The most recent season saw the show moving times anywhere between 18:30 and 20:00 dependant on reality TV competitions and football.
Season 11 of the show will consist of 10 episodes.
Doctor Who returns on October 7, 2018 on BBC1.
