Chalk this one up to a weekend rumour: but we’re hearing a few things about Aquaman‘s post credit scene.
It’s important to say take this with a pinch of salt. There’s no confirmation that the film will even have a post credit scene. But if it does we’re telling you now this might be what happens.

We’re hearing it will show Randall Park’s Dr. Stephen Shin and Yahya Abdul Mateen II’s Black Manta plotting against Arthur Curry, setting up a considerably larger role for the latter in a possible follow-up.
Director James Wan has pointed out on a number of occasions that the first film will act as an origin for both Arthur AND Black Manta setting him up for a larger role down the line.

The film is being produced by Peter Safran, with Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Rob Cowan, Jon Berg and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.
