Is the Joker and Harley movie replacing ‘Gotham City Sirens’?

The DC Extended Universe rumours continue. We’ve just brought you stories on Joker and The Batman well now it’s Gotham City Sirens turn to go through the gossip rags.
First up the film was the films lack of inclusion at the SDCC 2017 Warner Bros. panel. Though David Ayer commented on the film separately at comic con fans were worried that the writing was on the wall. Next came news from The Hollywood Reporter that Margot Robbie and Jared Leto were re-teaming for a Joker & Harley Quinn movie.
Today The Tracking Board are reporting that Joker & Harley is setup to replace Sirens on the DCEU release schedule. The site reports it is most likely Ayer and Warner Bros. have parted ways and notes that whichever of the films makes it to production won’t be doing so until after Suicide Squad 2.
It seems Warner Bros. and DC Films are not quite sure which direction to take the pair in but certainly want to capitalise of their popularity. Where would you like to see the pair turn up next?
