Following the announcement late last month that ‘Tomb Raider’ was in production we now have our first set photos. Fan Twitter account AliciaVikander Daily has snagged four photos of lead actress Alicia Vikander in full Lara Croft getup.
From the look of the photos below you can see Vikander in action during what appears to be a very physical sequence. Unsurprisingly her costume is very reminiscent of the recent rebooted ‘Tomb Raider’ games. She is sporting the shipwreck look over the tank-top and hot pants of the original 90s games.

‘Tomb Raider’ stars Alicia Vikander (‘The Danish Girl’) as Lara Croft. Vikander will be joined by Daniel Wu (‘Warcraft’), Walton Goggins (‘Django Unchained’) and Dominic West (‘300’) as Lord Richard Croft. The film is directed by Roar Uthaug based on a script from Geneva Robertson-Dworet and will hit cinemas on March 16th 2018.
