20th Century Fox has today dropped the first trailer for its Wolverine threequel ‘Logan’.
The film, directed by ‘The Wolverine’ helmer James Mangold, marks (potentially) the final appearance of Hugh Jackman in the title role. Jackman himself has been promoting the film on social media with the hashtag #onelasttime.
In the run up to the film Jackman and Mangold have released a series of arty black and white shots showing off characters from the film. The first teaser poster (left) was also released in preparation for the film.
Fox have also been kind enough to release the following synopsis for the film:

With Logan’s healing abilities slowly fading away and Xavier’s Alzheimer’s forcing him to forget Logan must defeat Nathaniel Essex with the help of a young girl named Laura Kinney, a female clone of Wolverine.
Starring Hugh Jackman as Logan/Wolverine, Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier/Professor X, Sienna Novikov as Laura Kinney/X-23, Boyd Holbrook as Donald Pierce, Richard E. Grant in an undisclosed role, Stephen Merchant as Caliban.
