Geoff Johns tweets ‘Justice League’ title!

Yesterday a shortlist of titles for the upcoming ‘Justice League: Part One’ film made their way online. Once again directed by Zack Snyder and starring Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck the film is currently shooting in London before moving around the world for further shoots.

The shortlist of titles included: Justice League: UnitedJustice League: Gods Among UsJustice League: Angels and Demons, and Justice League: Gods Among Men.

However, taking to Twitter overnight DC Chief Creative Officer and DC Films Executive Geoff Johns decided to clear up the rumours:

So there you have it! The film will simply be called ‘Justice League’. What do you think? Would you have preferred one of the longer subtitles to follow the style set by ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’?

Justice League is currently due to land in cinemas worldwide on November 17th, 2017.
‘Justice League’ stars Herny Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent, Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, Jason Mamoa as Aquaman/Arthur Curry, Ezra Miller as The Flash/Barry Allen, Ray Fisher as Cyborg/Victor Stone, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Amber Heard as Mera, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon, and Willem Dafoe. The film is directed by Zack Snyder and written by Chris Terrio.
