Entertainment Weekly have just broken the internet with the release of the first photo of the Power Rangers from 2017’s ‘Saban’s Power Rangers’.
Director Dean Israelite is quoted in the article as saying “The show was about kids coming of age, about metamorphosis. These suits needed to feel like they were catalyzed by these kids and their energy, their spirit.”

Due in cinemas March 24, 2017 the film is being directed by Dean Israelite, the script is written by John Gatins, Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama, Zack Stentz and Ashley Miller, and Max Landis.
Taking the film back to the ‘Mighty Morphon’ Power Rangers’ TV roots the cast includes Dacre Montgomery as Jason the Red Ranger, R J Cyler as Billy the Blue Ranger, Naomi Scott as Kimberly the Pink Ranger, Becky G as Trini the Yellow Ranger, Ludi Lin as Zack the Black Ranger, and Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa.
