‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ deleted scene!

Warner Bros. clearly high on the success of the opening weekend of ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ have released a deleted scene from the film featuring Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) meeting with a creature who appears to be carrying several mother boxes!

Could this be an early look at Darkseid? Who is this character?

Our take is that this is the scene where Lex is captured before being imprisoned and this is how he knows that the bell has been rung and Darkseid is coming!
