Zack Snyder has revealed that his next movie will be an adaption of Ayn Rand’s Foutainhead. Taking to his Vero the director answered a fan asking what he would be working on next by posting a look at the books cover.

Fountainhead follows the story of an architect who refuses to conform to the standards and traditions of the architectural community in 1943. As with much of Rand’s body of work Fountainhead is about the virtues of individualism and personal independence. Th novel famously drew strong criticism for its depiction of female characters and rape.
It marks a strong departure for Snyder who has built his name on superhero movies in the past decade.
