Studiocanal has released the latest trailer for its upcoming World War II feature, Pressure. The film is set to debut in cinemas nationwide on September 9, 2026.
The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including BAFTA winner Andrew Scott, Golden Globe and Emmy winner Damian Lewis, Academy Award winner Brendan Fraser, and Academy Award nominee Kerry Condon.
Centering on Britain’s Chief Meteorological Officer James Stagg, who is tasked with delivering the most consequential weather forecast in history. This responsibility locks him into a high-stakes standoff with the Allied leadership; the wrong conditions could devastate the largest seaborne invasion ever attempted, while any delay risks tipping off German intelligence.
Haunted by a catastrophic D-Day rehearsal and with only his trusted aide, Captain Kay Summersby, to confide in, Stagg must provide the Intel that will guide Supreme Allied Commander Dwight D. Eisenhower. With only hours to go, the fate of the war and the lives of millions hang in the balance.
