WB Games has announced the next DLC pack for its hugely successful Mortal Kombat 11 video game. This latest pop culture pack adds characters including Spawn, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator and DC Comics own Joker to the game. Terminator will arrive on October 8, just in time for Terminator: Dark Fate to hit cinemas in November. He’ll be followed by Joker who comes to the game from January 28, 2020. Finally, Todd McFarlane’s Spawn will enter the tournament from March 17, 2020. Overnight DC Universe has released first-look images from the return of Titans. The episode is called “Trigon” and picks up right where the last episode of season one left off. The streaming service has also released a synopsis for the episode which reads: The season two premiere episode follows directly after the apocalyptic events of last season’s finale. Games developer Square Enix has officially released the first gameplay footage for Marvel’s Avengers. The footage features Earth’s Mightiest Heroes attempting to defend San Francisco from a terrorist attack. The game was announced earlier this year at the E3 conference and that announcement was shortly followed by a leaked version of this footage. This official version features more polished graphics as well as dialogue not seen in the original leak. Get ready to return to the The Matrix as Warner Bros. has confirmed a fourth instalment in the franchise which is set to go in to production in 2020. It’s been confirmed that Lana Wachowski will return to co-write and direct the movie. Last night whilst we were all at a screening of the upcoming movie The Informer some serious new broke courtesy of Deadline. The trade broke the news that Sony Pictures and Disney/Marvel Studios were able to come to a deal to continue Spider-Man’s involvement in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to the report Sony Pictures had offered to continue the current financing deal which has seen Spidey joining the rest of the Avengers on screen.
