It’s no secret act HBO Max, which launches later this year, is cooking up a Green Lantern series to hopefully launch a successful live-action version of the franchise. Great news for Disney and partners Lucasfilm as The Rise of Skywalker has finally crossed the $1 billion mark at the worldwide box office. As the film hit half way through its fourth week in cinemas it, unofficially but very likely, cross the huge box office milestone. Having taken $3.4m in North America on Monday the ninth film in the Skywalker Saga was sitting at $996.5m worldwide.
