Back in December DC Comics announced a new Strange Adventures series from acclaimed writer Tom King working alongside Mitch Gerads, Evan “Doc” Shaner and Clayton Cowles. It has now been confirmed that the book, set for release in March 2020, will release via DC’s Black Label imprint. Last month it was confirmed that director Scott Derrickson had exited Marvel Studios Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness and overnight a new rumour has put an unexpected name in the frame to take over. Variety reports that original Spider-Man trilogy director, Sam Raimi, is now said to be in talks with Disney and Marvel Studios to take on the project.
