Entertainment Weekly have just broken the internet with the release of the first photo of the Power Rangers from 2017’s ‘Saban’s Power Rangers’. ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ might not be sitting atop the worldwide box office anymore but that doesn’t mean that the film has stopped earning money. In it’s fourth weekend in cinemas the film has now grossed $310M at the US domestic box office earning a further $9M. Internationally the film added $15.1M from the 67 markets where it still remains active taking the international cume to $516M. Word has broken overnight that Ben Affleck has been confirmed to director his own solo ‘Batman’ film as part of the DC Extended Universe. Warner Bros. chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara confirmed during an event as part of the CinemaCon currently happening in the US.
